As a 1st gen Latina from Miami, I know what it's like to grow up in a sheltered bubble of family & community.I was fortunate & blessed to grow up in the Cuban Mecca of Miami where I lived, breathed & slept under the safety, comfort & innocence of what it meant to be a proud Cuban saturated, immersed & marinated in my cultura.
In1997 at the mere age of 17 I moved to a small corner of the world in NJ to study where, I had the rude awakening that Miami was a very special place, a cocoon of Latin love & for the 1st time I learned & felt the word minority.
I relocated to Naples FL & once again felt the impact of racism.
My mission is to create an inclusive community that invites ALL those marginalized to seek comfort, solace, empowerment & tools to create a life & business they truly love all while focusing on collaboration not competition.
